Ukulele Steve

You will find me every Thursday at the Poet and Castle, Codnor, Between the hours of 9:00 and midnight where I play at the real ale and acoustic music night. http://www.poetandcastle.co.uk/

My most recent gig was a lounge performance for an electrical company at the French Horn in Codnor. I also played the open mic session at the Derby ukulele day in Belper (pictured above).

I also play at the beer festivals at the poet and castle.

Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Steve and I have been playing the ukulele since March 2009.

The ukuleles I play are Mahalo soprano, Mahalo Les Paul electric, Lanikai lu-21ce concert uke and my newest Kala archtop tenor.

News

I had a great time last month at the Derby ukulele day at Belper Town football club .
The picture to the left is me playing my Lanikia LU21-CE .
I also played my Kala Archtop tenor .
A great day had by all and i got to meet new friends, which I had only spoke on the ukulele cosmos with.

Derby ukulele day

The day was organised by Phil Doleman one half of the re-entrants , there were a vast amount of ukuleles to look and try , i loved the reso ukes of which i am sure i will soon purchase .

The photos in the gallery show the re-entrants , myself ,john colter and others playing our ukes on what was to be a great and most enjoyable day .
